Sara Kelly is a Human Resources specialist and creative writer. Based in Singapore, her diverse background includes over ten years in various HR positions covering European and Asia Pacific regions and leading global projects. A master of observation – she writes non-fiction articles about her working experiences, expat life and parenthood, authors a children’s poetry site, and regularly performs at spoken word events. 

Sara’s professional and creative work is driven by her desire to challenge perceptions and turn the status quo upside down. Financial equity is one issue she has cared deeply about since becoming a volunteer with Aidha – a charity empowering and providing opportunities for low-income women to transform their lives through sustainable wealth creation.

Zhala Sarmast was born and raised in Kabul, Afghanistan. Her diverse interests range from the sciences and philosophy to media, journalism, social activism, music, and sports.

Zhala is a member of Afghanistan’s National Women’s Cycling Team and has competed in national and international championships. Her cycling team has not only done well under Afghanistan’s National Olympic Committee, but the team has also been a symbol of courage and bravery. Zhala and her team were nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2016. Zhala is also a member of the Afghanistan National Institute of Music’s Guitar Ensemble.

Zhala holds a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) from Yale-NUS College, majoring in Chemistry, and she currently works for KeyNote Women Speakers and Zawia Media.

Maneesha Benedict is a speaker, advocate, educator and leader. As a wife and mother, she is passionate about women’s and youth empowerment and inspires them to fulfil their purpose. She grew up in Sydney, Australia, where she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science and a Master’s in Arts.

 Now residing in Sri Lanka, Maneesha is the Managing Director of KeyNote Women Speakers, which promotes and supports women speakers globally. She also founded Gen.u.in, a platform dedicated to removing the stigma surrounding the topic of sex. Its mission is to empower young people to make healthy decisions regarding relationships, sexuality and life.

Arthi Rabikrisson is a global award-winning ICF-certified leadership coach, featured and recognised across various global publications, including Finance Monthly, The NYC Journal and CIO Times.

She is the Founder and Managing Director of Prerna Advisory, a South African-based firm focusing on neuroscience-based coaching and assessment for individuals, teams and corporate organisations in South Africa and internationally. Arthi also consults on strategy for SMEs and is a capital introducer.

Surabhi has a Master’s in Business Administration, and she is a certified Coach and a yoga practitioner. She has more than 20 years of international and leadership experience in the field of Human Resources. 

She also invests significant time volunteering for not-for-profit organisations like WOMAG and the KeyNote Women Speaker Directory. 

She currently works and lives in Dubai with her partner and two children.

Raquel Ark, MA, CPC, is a podcast host, speaker, mentor, coach and trainer. She has 

over 25 years of experience in multinational corporations and academia. She is the Founder of listening ALCHEMY, a communication training and coaching organisation including foundational, evidence-based listening programmes.
