Kit Kat Events & Marketing Pte Ltd. organises and manages top class events from corporate events, Conferences, Seminars, TV shows, Forums etc,. In this Privacy Policy, terms such as “we”, “us” and “Kit Kat Events & Marketing” refer to Kit Kat Events & Marketing  Pte Ltd with its registered office located at 993 Bukit Timah Road, 06-11Maplewoods, Singapore 589631.

The term “Service” refers to organising and managing events (including but not limiting to) Corporate events, Conferences, Seminars, TV shows, Forums, Exhibitions, Panel Discussions, Digital Events, Awards, Meetings, Incentives and as well as providing marketing services to our clients & customers.

When you register for an event, we may ask for your name, email address, telephone number and/or mobile number, company name, position.

When you attend an event we may ask for your name, email address, telephone number and/or mobile number, company name, position.

When you register for an event through third-party social logins (i.e. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, email and other social media platforms), we may collect youremail address, phone number and/or basic profile info (profile picture and full name) and any other data that you would have explicitly consented to our collection.

When you contact us by telephone, we may ask for your name, email address and/or phone number, so that we can contact you regarding your enquiry.

The Personal Data we may ask you to provide includes (without limitation):

Like most companies, we collect various types of data about our customers. Some of it may be considered personal data, which means any data that makes you identifiable as an individual. (Our database stores no data related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, other beliefs, memberships, physical or mental health/condition, sexual life/gender).

This data will be needed to process your invoices, purchase of event ticket, as required by law. This data might be shared with our outsourced invoicing system for invoicing purposes only. This helps us keep your money safe, and we will only request these details when necessary. Kit Kat Events & Marketing collects this data only when you provide the relevant permission.

 

Automatic Collection of Computer Data

In addition, when you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain data about how you access and interact with our Services which may, when combined with other information about you, constitute Personal Data.
