Ramya Bhaskar is a Program manager by education and a mentor by passion. She has over 12 years of experience in the Information Technology industry managing global projects. She has a Masters in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

A passionate mentor since 2017 she is a member of several mentoring programs run by NGOs where she guides young girls/students navigate through their careers and lead them towards their goals. She also gives Mentoring talks to inspire her fellow mentors on how mentee relationships can last a lifetime.

Ramya is a firm believer that young girls empower the world and need support in cruising through their careers and challenges.

In her free time, she loves to read contemporary novels, cook for her family, and spend time with them amidst nature. Food photography is her newfound hobby and she loads her Instagram page with colourful home-cooked food.

Sahera Sumar is a global leadership consultant, coach, facilitator, speaker and author. She proudly calls herself a global citizen having worked in over 25 countries, including some remote and interesting places. Sahera’s vision is “women leaders for a better world” and so she has spent much of her professional time working with organisations to enhance their inclusive leadership pipeline, as well as working with women to empower them to realise their potential.

Sejal Majithia Jaswal is an entrepreneur, writer, poet and Kundalini yoga teacher.

Born in Uganda, she moved to India with her family before coming to the UK in 1973 aged five. Sejal has been a guest on a number of podcast series exploring stories of identity, culture and migration including ‘The Journey Onwards’ and ‘Expulsion@50’.

Sejal is also co-leading an international project to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the expulsion of the Asian community from Uganda, in 1972.

Sejal is a born traveller and adventure seeker with an abiding passion for Africa. From running marathons (including one in Uganda) to trekking mountains across the world (an ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro is particularly memorable) she has raised thousands of pounds for charity.

Sri Martuti, known as Judy, started her career in 1998 as a Quality Control and Finance Staff at a national company in Tangerang Indonesia, then a teacher in 2000 and radio announcer in 2004. She became an Indonesian Migrant Worker in Hong Kong in 2009.

Judy has been leading and actively engaged in community services for Indonesian Migrant Workers in Hong Kong. She is also the founder of several Indonesian Migrant Worker Groups/Communities engaged in social, education, entrepreneurship and empowerment of Migrant Workers through skills training.

Since 2013, Judy has been active in social and educational activities for Indonesian Migrant Workers together with the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia Hong Kong Macau, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and several other Indonesian Migrant Worker communities.

She is currently active as the Coordinator of the Hong Kong Cilacap Community Forum, a trainer in the Public Speaking Class of the Mandiri Hong Kong’s Creative Learning Group and a PathFinders Ambassador.
